Registration ends at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT for the 2016 Primavera Formal – “A Night in Paris.” The event will be held on Friday, April 22, so if you haven’t registered yet, don’t wait another minute!

Registration is open to 8th graders through 12th graders. Please note that campers’ guests may be older than 12th grade, but not younger than 8th grade.

The cost of this year’s Primavera Formal is $40.00 per person and is due at time of registration. Campers can register and pay online via debit card, credit card, or PayPal by visiting http://www.midwestsummercamp.com/PrimaveraFormalRegistration. image

 

There are only FIVE DAYS left to register for the 2016 Primavera Formal – “A Night in Paris” to be held on Friday, April 22, so if you haven’t registered yet, please don’t wait any longer! This year’s event was originally open to all campers in grades 9-12, but registration is now opening up to allow 8th graders to attend as well.  Please note that campers’ guests may be older than 12th grade, but not younger than 8th grade.

This year’s event will be held at the Hendricks County Convention & Visitors Bureau in Danville, Indiana. Photos will begin at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and entertainment. Following dinner, the fun will continue at the Post-Prim at SkyZone in Plainfield from 9:00-10:30 PM. 

The cost of this year’s Primavera Formal is $40.00 per person, which includes all the above-mentioned activities. Each attendee (including campers and any guests) MUST fill out a registration form and pay the $40.00 admission fee. Campers can register and pay online via debit card, credit card, or PayPal by visiting www.midwestsummercamp.com/PrimaveraFormalRegistration.  

An online waiver MUST be completed by a parent prior to going to the Post-Prim at SkyZone. Please go to www.skyzone.com/plainfield/Online-Waiver for one of your parents to complete the waiver. Failure to complete this waiver prior to the Primavera Formal will exclude you from participating at SkyZone (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!).

Please note the following dress code for this event:

  • Semi-formal or Formal Dress
  • Ladies, NO strapless or spaghetti straps allowed
  • Gentlemen, dress shirt & tie required

Registration will close on Sunday, April 10, and ALL fees must be paid in full by this date.

Sr. Week Registration is CLOSED!!!

With still 100 days left until MSC Sr. Week 2016 begins, registration has officially closed as camp has reached capacity!  We are so excited as this is record time for Sr. Week to fill up as open registration just began on March 1.  Our special early registration for returning Sr. Week campers and 2015 Jr. Week graduates was a HUGE success which helped us reach capacity so quickly.  We are equally as excited as all the campers for Sr. Week to begin on July 4, 2016.

If you were unable to register for Sr. Week, you can register for our first come, first served waiting list by clicking HERE. If a spot opens up allowing you the opportunity to attend Sr. Week 2016, directors Todd & Susan Hall will contact you directly with details on how to register and make payment.

With 106 days left until MSC Jr. Week 2016 beginning on July 10, 2016, we do have a few registration spots left, so if you haven’t registered yet, please don’t wait any longer as registration will also close when Jr. Week reaches capacity. To register and make payment, please click HERE.

Camp Registration Opening March 1

The new year is in full swing, it’s already the month of February, and camp will be here before you know it.  MSC Sr. Week is a mere 149 days away, and MSC Jr. Week is only 155 days awayRegistration for both weeks will open on March 1, which is just a few weeks away, so mark your calendar to register early as you don’t want camp to fill up and you miss the opportunity to attend this year!  New this year will be EARLY registration for Sr. Week campers. Directors Todd & Susan Hall will contact all eligible returning Sr. Week campers and all 2015 Jr. Week last year campers via email with instructions on how to get a head start and register beginning February 15, two weeks prior to open registration.  The non-refundable deposit for early registrants will be just $25, as opposed to the $100 deposit required during open registration. Be on the lookout for this email in the very near future.

2016 camp registration fees for both Sr. Week and Jr. Week will remain the same as last year.  Sr. Week fees are $210 for the first camper, and $200 for the second and subsequent campers in the family.  Jr. Week fees are $160 for each camper.

Campers will be happy to know that Sr. Week team captain Rhonda Hawk and Jr. Week team captain Jennifer Rademacher are busy planning this year’s highly-anticipated Primavera Formal and it promises to be another unforgettable evening.  The event will be held on Friday, April 22, so be sure to save the date.  An elegant “Night in Paris” is planned, as the evening begins with dinner in Danville, Indiana, and the fun moves to Plainfield for the Post-Prim at the much-requested Sky Zone Trampoline Park.  All the details, including registration information, will be released soon.
