MSC NEWSFLASH: Camp Registration is NOW OPEN, and Much More!!!

MSC 2013 Registration is NOW OPEN!!!!!

 Although the temperatures are unseasonably chilly in Indiana, Spring has finally arrived, meaning we’re that much closer to MSC!!!!!  That’s right, MSC Sr. Week is a mere 102 days away (July 1-6) and MSC Jr. Week is only 108 days away (July 7-11). This year’s camp theme is “Impossible is Nothing!”

 Registration for both Sr. & Jr. Week is now OFFICIALLY OPEN. For your convenience, you can register AND pay online (via debit card, credit card, or PayPal) on our website.  Here are the details:

MSC Sr. Week

Campers must be at least 12-years-old by Aug. 1, 2013, must be 19-years-old or younger by Aug. 1, 2013, and must still be in high school or just graduated within the year. This year’s camp fee is $205 per camper, or if you have siblings attending Sr. Week, the fee for the second and subsequent campers in your family will be $195. Registration ends Friday, June 7. An $80 deposit must accompany each camper’s registration and final payment is due by Friday, June 14. For more details, visit our website at www.MidwestSummerCamp.com/camp/senior-week. MSC Jr. Week

Campers must be at least 8-years-old and must not be older than 11-years-old by Aug. 1, 2013. This year’s camp fee is $150 per camper, or if you have siblings attending Jr. Week, the fee for the second and subsequent campers in your family will be $140. Registration ends Monday, June 10. An $80 deposit must accompany each camper’s registration and final payment is due by Wednesday, June 26. For more details, visit our website at www.MidwestSummerCamp.com/camp/junior-week. Thanks for Your Support of “MSC Spirit Day” at Chick-fil-A on March 1 

We’d like to thank each and every one of you who took time out of your busy schedule to support our “MSC Spirit Day” fundraiser at the Chick-fil-A restaurants in Avon&New Albany, Indiana on March 1. With your support of this fundraiser, we will be sponsoring some great events for campers and their families throughout the year, so stay tuned as more events will be announced as the year progresses.

Don’t Forget to Register for 2013 Primavera Formal 

If you haven’t already done so, please don’t wait any longer to register for the 2013 Primavera Formal to be held on Saturday, April 27! This highly-anticipated event is open to all campers in grades 9-12 and will be held at Jonathan Byrd’s in Greenwood with photos beginning at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner, after dinner entertainment, and door prizes. The fun will move to the Post-Prim at the Greenwood Community Center from 7:30 – 10:30 PM. Once again, we will offer basketball, volleyball, and free-time to visit with one another, but we’ve also reserved the game room this year!!!!

 The cost of this year’s Primavera Formal is $50.00 per person, which includes all the above-mentioned activities, as well as a photo CD. Each attendee (including campers and any guests) MUST fill out a registration form and pay the $50.00 admission fee. Campers can register and pay online via debit card, credit card, or PayPal by visiting www.MidwestSummerCamp.com/events/primavera-formal-2013, or at this same link, you can print a registration form and mail it, along with a check, money order, or cash, to: Rita Newton, 992 S. 700 W., Lebanon, IN 46052. All checks should be made out to: Friends of Indiana Youth.

MSC “Picnic, Park & Pals” Coming Up on May 18

Our inaugural “Picnic, Park & Pals” at Williams Park (Blastoff Park) in Brownsburg, Indiana was such a huge success last year that we’re hosting it again this year!  Mark your calendars now for this year’s PP&P to be held on Saturday, May 18. Details for this event for the whole family will be released in the upcoming weeks.
